SRDV expert guidanceWhat is the Fare Rule section and how does it work?

The Fare Rule section is used to manually create and manage airline-specific fare rules in the system. In this section, administrators can add fare rules based on selected Airline, Fare Type, and Route Type (Domestic or International).

All manually added fare rules are displayed in the Fare Rule List, where they can be viewed, edited, or updated at any time. To add a new rule, click on Add Fare Rule, select the required airline and fare type, choose whether the fare is domestic or international, and then add the FAQ content using the CK Editor.

The CK Editor allows rich formatting such as headings, bullet points, tables, and styled text to clearly explain fare-related policies like cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, baggage rules, and no-show conditions

These manually fare rules help ensure that accurate airline policies are maintained and can be displayed to customers during the booking process for transparency and better understanding.
