After delivery of the project SRDV will run a training session with you and trained you how to use / control the portal. This training session is dedicated person to person.

No, there is no need to pay any additional amount. Support is included in your AMC.

No, you don't need to be technical to launch travel website with SRDV. We provide prebuilt design themes, where you can choose.

We have dedicated teams for technical, White label, API environment and ticketing supports. We  have three level escalation system to monitor every support related queries.
