Hotel Discount Not Working
Our hotel system offers two types of discounts: Fix and Percentage.
First, please check which type of discount you are referring to.
1. Fix Discount

This discount is applied to the total hotel price.

To verify:

Search for a hotel with check-in at least 2 months from now.

Note the current fare.

Apply a Fix Discount for that hotel from the Admin Panel.

Check the fare again — the price should be reduced.

If the price does not change:

Contact your Tech Team.

Share the following details:
-
Search Segment (Location, Check-in Date, Check-out Date)

Hotel Name
-
Price before applying the discount

Price after applying the discount

2. Percentage Discount

This discount is applied on the difference between the Offer Fare and the Customer Fare.

Example: If the Offer Fare is ?200 and the Customer Fare is ?250, the difference is ?50. If an admin applies a 50% discount, it will be 50% of ?50 = ?25.
Why it may seem like it’s not working:

If Customer Fare and Offer Fare are the same (common for markup-based hotels), there’s no difference to apply a percentage discount on.

If you have API log access, check both values from the API:

If they are the same → expected behavior.

If different but the discount is still not applied → contact your Tech Team with API logs and search details.

If you don’t have API access, provide your Tech Team with the basic search details.
Note:
Every time you update a discount, you must perform a fresh hotel search. Simply reloading the page will not refresh markup or discount calculations.
