Here’s everything you need to know: Supplier Full Name & Short Name ⇒ Full Name: The complete name of the supplier. ⇒ Short Name: A shortened or abbreviated version for quick reference. These help you identify and differentiate suppliers easily, especially when working with multiple APIs.   Module (Service Type) ⇒ This column shows the type of service the supplier provides, such as Flight, Hotel, Bus, or other services. ⇒ It allows you to quickly filter or categorize suppliers based on their service modules.   Status (Active / Inactive) ⇒ Active: Supplier API is functional and ready for use. ⇒ Inactive: Supplier API is temporarily unavailable or disabled. Knowing the status ensures you only use suppliers that are operational.   Index ⇒ The Index is a unique number assigned to each supplier. ⇒ It helps you easily locate and reference suppliers in the list.   Action Column & Checking API Balance ⇒ The Action column allows you to perform quick tasks related to a supplier. ⇒ One key action is the Balance button, which shows the supplier’s current API balance.   How to check: Click on the balance button next to the supplier. " The Log Menu lets you view all these API usage logs for the services in your project—Flight, Hotel. It shows every booking or search, including the API request and response, and provides detailed information for monitoring."  ♦ Under Flight Logs, you will find two main buttons: Booking List – Click this to see the Flight Booking API Logs. Search Log – Click this to see the Flight Search API Logs.   Booking List: Click to view Flight Booking API Logs. In this section, administrators can add fare rules based on selected Airline, Fare Type, and Route Type (Domestic or International). All manually added fare rules are displayed in the Fare Rule List, where they can be viewed, edited, or updated at any time. To add a new rule, click on Add Fare Rule, select the required airline and fare type, choose whether the fare is domestic or international, and then add the FAQ content using the CK Editor.   The CK Editor allows rich formatting such as headings, bullet points, tables, and styled text to clearly explain fare-related policies like cancellation, rescheduling, refunds, baggage rules, and no-show conditions.  These manually fare rules help ensure that accurate airline policies are maintained and can be displayed to customers during the booking process for transparency and better understanding.
