Bring 19 recharge and bill-payment services into your website, app or agent portal. Connect mobile, DTH, FASTag, utility bills, finance and insurance payments through a clear service-selection and transaction-tracking journey.
Recharge and utility API integration connects your website, mobile app or agent portal to recharge and bill-payment services. The SRDV service menu covers 19 options across Recharges, Bills & Utilities, Finance & Insurance, and More. Users select a service, enter the required account details and track the provider transaction result.
SRDV Technologies can add these services to a travel portal or scope an integration for your existing platform. The work covers the customer journey, provider connection and agreed operations controls. Operator lookup, plan lookup and bill fetch are reviewed separately because availability and charges vary by provider.
Explore the recharge and payment options in the SRDV service menu. The operators, billers and institutions available within each service depend on your configured provider access.

Choose the functions your platform needs. Each feature is implemented against the documentation and permissions available from your selected provider.
Organise the 19 services into four clear categories. Load the supported operators, billers or institutions and collect the account fields required for the selected service.
Connect the configured wallet and payment-request journey. Show the amount and applicable charges before confirmation, and keep the wallet record linked to the provider transaction reference.
Guide users through the customer, subscriber or account identifiers required by each biller. Present returned bill details and the payable amount where available before sending the request.
Help users identify supported operators and view available recharge plans where the provider offers these APIs. Operator detection and plan fetch can have separate charges.
Fetch bill details or validate account information when required or supported by the biller. Let users review the returned bill information and applicable charges before payment.
Keep unique request references and use supported status checks or callbacks to update pending, successful and failed transactions. Include receipts and operational reports in the agreed scope.
Recharge and utility bills follow different provider workflows. The interface guides users through the steps required for their selected service.

Follow the agreed payment and provider-funding flow. Record a unique transaction reference and send the recharge or bill-payment request after the required checks.
Use the provider response and supported status-check or callback workflow to confirm the result. Give your operations team the references needed to investigate unresolved transactions.
A successful payment collection does not by itself confirm a recharge or bill payment. Keep uncertain responses pending and check the provider status before deciding whether another request is appropriate.

Practical answers about service access, development scope, charges and transaction handling.
It connects a website, app or agent portal to recharge and bill-payment services. SRDV groups its 19 services into Recharges, Bills & Utilities, Finance & Insurance, and More, with a flow for entering account details, reviewing the amount and tracking transaction status.
The service menu includes 19 options: Mobile, DTH, FASTag, Cable TV, Electricity, Broadband, Landline, Piped Gas, LPG Cylinder, Water, Municipal Tax, Housing Society, Insurance Premium, Loan EMI, Credit Card Bill, Subscriptions, Education Fees, Hospital, and Clubs & Associations. Available billers and operators depend on your provider access.
The SRDV recharge and bill-payment menu uses a wallet-based payment flow. Your integration scope confirms the wallet setup, funding method, applicable charges and transaction records. A wallet debit alone does not establish the final provider status.
Yes. Piped Gas and LPG Cylinder appear as separate services. Each uses its own supported billers and the consumer or account details required for that payment.
BBPS, also known as Bharat Connect, supports bill payments through participating service providers. Your available billers and onboarding arrangements are confirmed with the provider. SRDV Technologies supplies the agreed technical integration and does not grant participation rights.
Yes, subject to a technical review and approved provider access. SRDV already lists recharge and utility services among its white label portal options. The proposal confirms the modules and workflows included for your platform.
Operator lookup and plan fetch have separate charges in the SRDV offering. Availability, provider fees and any bill-fetch charges are confirmed during scope review; they should not be assumed to be included in a base recharge connection.
No. Bill fetch or validation can be required, optional or unsupported depending on the biller and provider documentation. The integration follows those rules and collects the account fields needed for the selected biller.
Store the request reference and use supported provider status checks or callbacks to establish the final result. An interrupted response does not prove failure. The operating process should prevent an uncertain transaction from being blindly submitted again.
Payment collection and recharge fulfilment are separate connections. An existing gateway can be reviewed for the collection step, while the recharge or bill-payment provider controls service fulfilment, funding requirements and final status.
These portal controls can be scoped around your business rules and provider responses. Commission rates, margins, settlement and transaction charges come from the applicable commercial arrangement; they are not guaranteed by API integration.
An estimate follows a review of your platform, provider access, selected services, payments and testing requirements. Provider fees and optional lookup services are separate. Delivery also depends on test access, onboarding and business acceptance.
Do not assume an automatic or immediate refund. Refunds and reversals depend on the final provider status, funding arrangement and payment collection process. Agree who investigates the transaction and communicates the outcome to the customer.
