Supplier List – Complete Guide

The Supplier List section provides all the details of the suppliers (APIs) added to your project. This single section helps you manage supplier information, monitor API balances, and streamline your workflow.

Here’s everything you need to know:

  1. Supplier Full Name & Short Name

    • Full Name: The complete name of the supplier.

    • Short Name: A shortened or abbreviated version for quick reference.
      These help you identify and differentiate suppliers easily, especially when working with multiple APIs.

  2. Module (Service Type)

    • This column shows the type of service the supplier provides, such as Flight, Hotel, Bus, or other services.

    • It allows you to quickly filter or categorize suppliers based on their service modules.

  3. Status (Active / Inactive)

    • Active: Supplier API is functional and ready for use.

    • Inactive: Supplier API is temporarily unavailable or disabled.
      Knowing the status ensures you only use suppliers that are operational.

  4. Index

    • The Index is a unique number assigned to each supplier.

    • It helps you easily locate and reference suppliers in the list.

  5. Action Column & Checking API Balance

    • The Action column allows you to perform quick tasks related to a supplier.

    • One key action is the Balance button, which shows the supplier’s current API balance.

      • How to check: Click on the balance button next to the supplier. A pop-up or display will show the current available balance.

    • System also allow additional action like activating/deactivating suppliers.
