The Payment Store Data is the sixth section of the Payment Management module. This section allows you to monitor and manage all transactions processed through your payment gateways. Key features include:
1. View and Download Logs:
⇒ Check payment gateway logs for each transaction.
⇒ Download logs from the Action tab whenever needed.
2. Transaction Status:
⇒ Each transaction shows a status :
- Used: The transaction has been successfully received from the gateway.
- Pending: The transaction has not been received; in this case, you may need to contact the payment gateway team for assistance.
This section ensures accurate tracking of all transactions and provides easy access to detailed logs.
