Step-by-Step Guide to Book a Flight Ticket

1. Open the B2B Portal
   Login to B2B travel portal(Reference: https://www.srdvtechnologies.com/faq/travel-portals/b2b-agent-login).

2. Choose Your Trip Type

   • One-way

   • Round-trip

   • Multi-city (if travelling to multiple cities in one trip)

3. Enter Journey Details

   • From (Departure City/Airport)

   • To (Destination City/Airport)

   • Departure Date (and Return Date for round-trip)

   • Number of Passengers (Adults, Children, Infants)

4. Search Flights
   Click Search Flights to view available options.

5. Select Flight

   • Check flight timings, duration, layovers, baggage allowance, and fares

   • Select the flight that best suits your need and budget

6. Enter Traveller Information

   • Select title

   • First & Middle and Last Name (as per ID/passport)

   • Date of Birth (if required)

   • Contact Details (Mobile number, Email)

   • GST details (if required)

7. Add Extras (Optional)

   • Select seats

   • Add extra baggage

   • Opt for travel insurance

   • Add meals (if applicable)

8. Review Your Booking
   Double-check passenger details, flight details, fare breakup, and total amount.

9. Make Payment

   • Choose payment method

   • Complete the payment securely

10. Get Booking Confirmation & E-Ticket

• You’ll receive an e-ticket and confirmation by email/SMS

• Note your PNR (Passenger Name Record) or booking reference

11. Web Check-In (Optional)

• Available 24–48 hours before flight

• Select seat, get boarding pass, and save time at airport
