How to add an agent account in admin panel and sign up process?

How to Add an Agent

To add a new agent, please login to your Admin/DSA Portal and follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to Agent Management

  2. Click on Add Agent

  3. Fill in the required details such as:

    • ⇒ Company Name

    • ⇒ Mobile Number

    • ⇒ Email ID

    • ⇒ Login ID

    • ⇒ Other information

  4. Click Submit


How to Create / Change Agent Login Password

  1. Go to Agent List

  2. Click on the Action button against the agent

  3. Select Change Password

  4. Enter the new password and confirm it.

Password Policy:- Minimum 1 uppercase letter, Minimum 1 lowercase letter, Minimum 1 number, Minimum 1 special character, Password length must be 8–10 characters

  1. Click Submit


How to Create / Change Login PIN

  1. Go to Agent List

  2. Click on the Action button against the agent

  3. Select Change PIN

  4. Enter a 6-digit numeric PIN and confirm it

  5. Click Submit
