How distributor can add markup to sub-agents and how it works?
If the distributor hasn't added any mark up then the distributor agent fare will same if both are assigned in the same class.
Once the distributor will add a markup, the distributor netfare will be the same and published fare will be Netfare+distributor mark up and agent netfare and published fare will be distributor's Netfare+distributor mark up.
