How can we refund the cancelled booking amount to our customer?

Once the booking is successfully cancelled, the refundable amount (if any) will be credited back to your API wallet as per the airline’s cancellation policy.

You can then refund the amount to your customer directly using your own payment gateway or preferred refund process. The refund timeline and method for the customer depend on your internal refund policy.

Note:

  • Cancellation charges are applied as per the airline rules.

  • In case of a non-refundable booking, no amount will be credited back.

  • Wallet refund timelines may vary based on airline and GDS processing.
