This error generally occurs in domestic roundtrip flight bookings when the seat/fare segment details of the outbound and inbound journeys are not matched correctly during ticketing.
In roundtrip bookings, the system treats Outbound (OB) and Inbound (IB) flights as separate segments, and both must be processed properly with the correct SSR and Seatmap data.

Search API → Get 2 ResultIndex (OB & IB)
