How can we get the cancellation status if the flight cancel status is returned as Pending?
If the flight cancellation status is returned as Pending after triggering the Cancel API, you must use the Get Cancel Status API to track the progress of the cancellation.
The recommended approach is to call the Get Cancel Status API at regular intervals of approximately 20–30 minutes. This allows the system to check whether the cancellation has been processed by the supplier.
Alternatively, you may provide a manual option/button in your application to fetch the cancellation status on demand.
Once the cancellation status is returned as Success, you should stop calling the Get Cancel Status API. If the status remains Pending, continue checking as per the defined interval.
