For GDS flight bookings, you are required to pass Seat, Meal, and Baggage details in the Hold request.

If you receive Seat Map and SSR responses with available data

you may display the seat, meal, and baggage selection options to the customer. -
If the customer selects any seat, meal, or baggage, you must pass the selected details in the Hold request API.

If the Seat Map or SSR data is not available, or the customer does not select any option, you should pass the blank parameters in the Hold request.
