You have not whitelisted your system/server IP address through which we are getting API hits due to which you are getting this error message.
Please follow the below steps to whitelist the IP address:
- Login to API DSA
- Click on Test API
- Click on Whitelisted IP
- Click +Add IP whitelist
- Enter your IP and details
- Click on Submit button.
Furthermore, you can check the URL hit logs Click on Test API and Click on URL Hit Logs, if hits are coming from the different IP then please whitelist IP address which is showing in the hit logs.
