SRDV expert guidanceFor how long does a Trace ID remain valid?

A Trace ID is valid for 15–20 minutes from the time it is generated through the Search API. It is used to maintain the search session and must be passed in the subsequent API requests, such as Fare Quote, FareRule, SSR, Seatmap, Book etc... API. If the booking process is not completed within the validity period, or if the Trace ID expires, you must perform a new search to generate a fresh Trace ID before proceeding further. And same for the other APIs like hotel and bus.

If a request is made using an expired Trace ID, the API returns the following error message:

Error Message: Your session TraceID is expired

This error indicates that the current search session is no longer valid. To continue the booking process, execute the Search API again to generate a new Trace ID, and then use the newly generated Trace ID in all subsequent API requests (Fare Quote, Farerule, SSR, Seatmap, Book, etc.). Reusing an expired Trace ID is not supported.
